Dr. Irene Ong has recently been promoted to Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin, Departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology with a joint appointment in Biostatistics and Medical Informatics. Her research interests lie in data mining, artificial intelligence, machine learning, probabilistic methods, dynamical models, inductive logic programming, and statistical relational learning with applications to biological and medical data.
